Welcome to Media Prompt Builder. These Terms of Service govern your use of mediapromptbuilder.com and any purchase of our digital products (Google Sheets prompt builder templates and related digital resources). By visiting the site, creating an account or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and account
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account.
2. Digital products and delivery
All products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. After payment, you receive access through a download link on the order confirmation page and by email to the address used at checkout. If you do not receive your download, contact us.
3. License and acceptable use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the builder. You may use the prompts and the images, designs, videos, audio or other content you create with it for personal and commercial purposes, including products you sell.
You agree that you will not:
- Resell, share, gift, upload or redistribute the builder or its files (free or paid)
- Copy the builder's structure, options or prompt lists to create a competing product
- Claim our templates, prompt builders or content as your own
- Remove watermarks, copyright notices or branding (if present)
The AI tools you use with our builders (for example Midjourney, Ideogram or ChatGPT) have their own terms, including for commercial use, which also apply to the content you create.
4. Pricing, payments and taxes
Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
5. Refunds (digital goods)
Because our products are digital downloads, sales are generally final once the file is delivered or accessed. Refund eligibility (for example a corrupted file, wrong file or duplicate purchase) is described in our Refund Policy.
6. Support and compatibility
Please check product requirements before purchasing. Our builders run in Google Sheets. We provide support to help you access your files, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or third-party tool.
7. User content and feedback
If you submit feedback, reviews, suggestions or messages, you grant us permission to use them to improve our products and marketing, without revealing private information.
8. Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- Misuse the site (hacking, scraping, introducing malware or attempting unauthorized access)
- Use the site for illegal activity
- Abuse refund requests or download systems
- Impersonate any person or provide false information
We may restrict access or cancel orders if we suspect fraud or abuse.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, product files, visuals, branding, logos and downloads) is owned by Media Prompt Builder or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimer
Our digital products are provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site or that products will meet every individual requirement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Media Prompt Builder will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption) arising from use of the site or digital products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that caused the claim.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
