Welcome to Media Prompt Builder. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of mediapromptbuilder.com and any purchases of our digital products (including downloadable templates, prompt builder files, Google Sheets/Excel templates, and related digital resources).


By visiting our Site, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

 

  1. Eligibility & AccountYou must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your account.
  2. Digital Products & DeliveryAll products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. After successful payment, you will receive access via:
  • A download link on the order confirmation page and/or
  • An email sent to the address used at checkoutIf you do not receive your download, contact us.
  1. License & Acceptable Use (Important)Unless a product page states otherwise, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own use.

You agree that you will not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, gift, or upload the original files (free or paid)
  • Copy or reproduce the files for public distribution
  • Claim our templates, prompt builders, or content as your own
  • Remove watermarks, copyright notices, or branding (if present)

If a product includes commercial use, you may use it to create your own end results (e.g., designs, prompts, outputs), but you still may not resell or share the original template files.

  1. Pricing, Payments & TaxesPrices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal). Taxes may apply depending on your location and local laws.
  2. Refunds & Returns (Digital Goods)Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the file is delivered or downloaded. Refund eligibility (if any) is described in our Return & Refund Policy (for example: corrupted file, wrong file delivered, duplicate purchase).
  3. Product Support & CompatibilityYou are responsible for checking product requirements before purchasing (for example: Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel access). We may provide basic support to help you access the files, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, software version, or third-party tool.
  4. User Content & FeedbackIf you submit feedback, reviews, suggestions, or messages, you grant us permission to use them to improve our products and marketing (without revealing private information).
  5. Prohibited ActivitiesYou agree not to:
  • Misuse the Site (hacking, scraping, introducing malware, or attempting unauthorized access)
  • Use the Site for illegal activity
  • Abuse refund requests or download systems
  • Impersonate any person or provide false information

We may restrict access or cancel orders if we suspect fraud or abuse.

 

  1. Intellectual PropertyAll content on the Site (text, product files, visuals, branding, logos, and downloads) is owned by Media Prompt Builder or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  2. DisclaimerOur digital products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or that products will meet every individual requirement.

Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Media Prompt Builder will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising from use of the Site or digital products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that caused the claim.
