Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Media Prompt Builder. We sell digital products such as downloadable templates and prompt builder files (Google Sheets / Excel templates, creative prompt templates, and related digital resources). Because items are delivered electronically, our return rules are different from physical products.


Digital Products: All Sales Are Final

Once a digital download link has been delivered or the file has been accessed, the purchase is final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products because digital files cannot be “returned” like physical goods.


When We Can Help (Refund or Replacement)

 

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if one of the following occurs:

  • Download issue: You didn’t receive your download link, or the link doesn’t work after purchase.
  • File problem / corrupted file: The file is broken, incomplete, or cannot be opened.
  • Wrong file delivered: You received a different product than the one you purchased.
  • Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same item more than once.
  • Product not as described (significant mismatch): The product is materially different from the product page description.

In most cases, we will first offer support or a replacement file to resolve the issue quickly. If we cannot resolve it, we may issue a refund.


Not Eligible for Refunds

 

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Not knowing how to use the product or software
  • Compatibility issues not mentioned in the product description (example: you don’t have Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel)
  • Purchases made by mistake (except duplicate purchases)
  • Requests made after the support window below

To request help, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and include:

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • A short description of the issue (screenshots are helpful)

 

Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
