1. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
All products sold by Media Prompt Builder are digital
downloads — Google Sheets templates delivered as PDF
files containing a link to your Google Sheet.
No physical product will be shipped. All purchases
are for personal or commercial use as specified at
the time of purchase.

2. DELIVERY
Your digital product is delivered immediately after
payment is confirmed. You will receive:
→ An order confirmation email from Shopify
→ A download link to your PDF file
→ Inside the PDF — your personal Google Sheet link
If you do not receive your download within 5 minutes
of purchase please check your spam folder. If you
still cannot find it contact us at
support@mediapromptbuilder.com and we will resend it
within 24 hours.

3. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products and the
fact that they are accessible immediately upon
purchase we do not offer refunds once a product
has been downloaded or the Google Sheet link has
been accessed.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents
you from accessing your product we will work with
you to resolve it. Contact us within 7 days of
purchase at support@mediapromptbuilder.com.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in
cases where the product is materially different
from its description.

4. LICENCE AND PERMITTED USE
When you purchase a product from Media Prompt
Builder you receive a personal non-exclusive
non-transferable licence to use the product for
your own personal or commercial creative work.
You MAY:
→ Use the prompts generated to create images
for your own projects and commercial work
→ Make a copy of the Google Sheet to your
own Google Drive
→ Use the tool across your own devices
You MAY NOT:
→ Resell, share or redistribute the Google
Sheet or PDF to any other person
→ Upload the Google Sheet to any platform
for others to access
→ Claim the product as your own creation
→ Offer the product as part of a bundle or
course without written permission

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design, structure and prompts within
our Google Sheets builders are the intellectual
property of Media Prompt Builder. Unauthorised
reproduction or distribution is prohibited and
may result in legal action.

6. DISCLAIMER
Our prompt builders are tools designed to assist
you in generating prompts for AI image and video
tools. We do not guarantee specific results from
any AI tool as outputs depend on the third-party
AI platform used.
We are not affiliated with MidJourney, Google
Gemini, Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, Ideogram,
Adobe or any other AI tool mentioned in our
products.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law Media
Prompt Builder shall not be liable for any
indirect incidental special or consequential
damages arising from the use or inability to
use our products.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall
not exceed the amount you paid for the product
in question.

8. GOVERNING LAW
Media Prompt Builder is operated by Media Prompt Builder LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update these terms at
any time. Changes will be posted on this page
with an updated date. Continued use of our
products after changes constitutes acceptance
of the new terms.
