1. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
All products sold by Media Prompt Builder are digitalÂ
downloads — Google Sheets templates delivered as PDFÂ
files containing a link to your Google Sheet.
No physical product will be shipped. All purchasesÂ
are for personal or commercial use as specified atÂ
the time of purchase.

2. DELIVERY
Your digital product is delivered immediately afterÂ
payment is confirmed. You will receive:
→ An order confirmation email from Shopify
→ A download link to your PDF file
→ Inside the PDF — your personal Google Sheet link
If you do not receive your download within 5 minutesÂ
of purchase please check your spam folder. If youÂ
still cannot find it contact us atÂ
mediapromptbuilder@gmail.com and we will resend itÂ
within 24 hours.

3. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products and theÂ
fact that they are accessible immediately uponÂ
purchase we do not offer refunds once a productÂ
has been downloaded or the Google Sheet link hasÂ
been accessed.
If you experience a technical issue that preventsÂ
you from accessing your product we will work withÂ
you to resolve it. Contact us within 7 days ofÂ
purchase at mediapromptbuilder@gmail.com.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion inÂ
cases where the product is materially differentÂ
from its description.

4. LICENCE AND PERMITTED USE
When you purchase a product from Media PromptÂ
Builder you receive a personal non-exclusiveÂ
non-transferable licence to use the product forÂ
your own personal or commercial creative work.
You MAY:
→ Use the prompts generated to create imagesÂ
  for your own projects and commercial work
→ Make a copy of the Google Sheet to yourÂ
  own Google Drive
→ Use the tool across your own devices
You MAY NOT:
→ Resell, share or redistribute the GoogleÂ
  Sheet or PDF to any other person
→ Upload the Google Sheet to any platformÂ
  for others to access
→ Claim the product as your own creation
→ Offer the product as part of a bundle orÂ
  course without written permission

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design, structure and prompts withinÂ
our Google Sheets builders are the intellectualÂ
property of Media Prompt Builder. UnauthorisedÂ
reproduction or distribution is prohibited andÂ
may result in legal action.

6. DISCLAIMER
Our prompt builders are tools designed to assistÂ
you in generating prompts for AI image and videoÂ
tools. We do not guarantee specific results fromÂ
any AI tool as outputs depend on the third-partyÂ
AI platform used.
We are not affiliated with MidJourney, GoogleÂ
Gemini, Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, Ideogram,Â
Adobe or any other AI tool mentioned in ourÂ
products.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law MediaÂ
Prompt Builder shall not be liable for anyÂ
indirect incidental special or consequentialÂ
damages arising from the use or inability toÂ
use our products.
Our total liability to you for any claim shallÂ
not exceed the amount you paid for the productÂ
in question.
