Thank you for shopping at Media Prompt Builder. We sell digital products only (downloadable files such as prompt builder templates, Google Sheets/Excel templates, and related digital resources). No physical items are shipped.

 

  1. Digital Delivery (No Shipping) All orders are delivered electronically. This means:
  • No shipping fees
  • No delivery address required (except where needed for billing/tax purposes)
  • No physical package
  1. When You’ll Receive Your DownloadAfter successful payment, access to your digital download is provided:
  • Instantly on the order confirmation page and/or
  • By email to the address used at checkout (download link included)

 

Most deliveries are immediate, but email delivery can occasionally be delayed by your email provider.

 

  1. If You Don’t Receive the Download EmailPlease try the following:
  • Check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folder

  1. Download Issues / Access ProblemsIf your download link doesn’t work, the file is corrupted, or you received the wrong file, contact us and we will help by:

  • Providing a replacement file
